This very special and rare fernleaf peony has double red flowers set against a backdrop of fernlike, finely dissected foliage. This selection blooms a couple of weeks earlier than the others in late spring. A permanent, sunny or partly shady site is ideal. Protection from afternoon sun and from harsh winds will help to prolong the lives of the the exotic flowers.
