BUBBLE GUM is a double coneflower in the DOUBLE SCOOP series of Echinacea cultivars from Ball Horticultural. This is an upright, free-branching, columnar coneflower that grows in a compact clump. It is noted for its large, slightly-fragrant, bubble gum pink double coneflowers (each to 4” diameter). Flowers bloom from late spring to late summer, sometimes with additional sporadic bloom until frost. Good fresh cut or dried flower. The dead flower stems will remain erect well into the winter, and if flower heads are not removed, the blackened cones are often visited by songbirds that feed on the seeds.  Drought, heat and humidity tolerant.
